I think I'm over the disapointment in myself for my gain on last weigh in. Yeah..it was hard to take but, I knew I would pay the price for eating those damn Lindor Chocolates! Bloody Hell! I bought the 12 pack because they were on sale and promised myself I would have 2 or 3 at the very most. Next thing I knew---the heat wave was getting to me and suddenly I find myself going to the fridge and I'm off like a "herd of turtles"!! It's almost like I kinda went comatose..hypnotic.
Call it what you will.....but thats just one of the off limit things I did last week. I learned my lesson and I'm cool with that.
All's good in the neighborhood so far.... this week.

LOL.....just trying to imagine 'a herd of turtles', Lindors are hard to resist, the dark chocolate ones are my favourite :). I was disappointet on my last weigh too, soo much that I didn't record it....I shallbe a steady weight til I get back down to it ;), keep it going girl....you can do it !!!!
