Not recording religiously, but trying to eat responsibly. Yesterday, I had more junk, but we were on a marathon shopping quest most of the day. I am nervous because I am not conforming to the regular patterns that have gotten me this far, and I still don't think this method is reliable, but it is working well enough for the moment. Still, as things settle down, I will need to take up the old regimen.
