Went out to eat with family twice yesterday. in the morning with my kids and grandkids, in the afternoon with my husband. I told my husband that when I start cooking again, I will be preparing the foods I can tolerate. I am feeling better, and even had energy to move around some clutter at my daughter's house. My biggest issue is not my weight. It's the relationships in my family. Whether I'm fat or fatter, I am still a mom, grandmom, daughter, sister, aunt, and cousin. Helping with the grandkids is job one, and best accomplished when I am not on the couch.
