After a terrible few months I am taking pride in myself for not regaining the weight I have lost.
However, I have lost momentum with my weight loss as survival has been more important.
I am kind of mad with myself for letting other people’s negativity derail my progress.
I need to remember that there will always be some form of stress coming your way.
There will always be some reason to miss the gym or eat the wrong types of foods.
This week I will be conscious of the excuses I make to myself and just get on with being a better me! 😊x
