Running day and night this week and only had time to post a few shots of my food. Catching up here on Friday night:
Woke at 208.8, down 2.8 from Tuesday. Had a good day at work and went out for happy hour later. Ended the night with an omelet. Ate a few things I typically do not, including a few pieces of a quesadilla. Weighed 212.4 after all that!
