Wake up, squeeze belly fat, and notice it feels less. Step on scale and see no confirmation of that there. Try to stay sane by believing the squeeze test.

Start to think that doing a scale recording shortly after lastbmeal of the day, can help portion control, and possibly exercise too. May help focus... Like... Whatever I eat and do the next few hours, may get rewarded shortly after. I don't know yet.

Loosing weight was so easy when I had a lot to loose. The body is fighting back much more now. But, I'll get it done.
