Fluctuations in hydration levels leads me to believe I need more salt. Measured up 10 grams, pour it in the mouth and flush it down with water. It might regulate my thirst signalling, which may help me stay at a more constant higher hydration. Will have to wait and see if 10 grams extra per day do good.

Update: The extra salt made me feel good. Did 10 more grams just now. 25 grams per day was common a few hundred years ago.
