I will soon haha, I have been a little lazy, I had a busy weekend with husband at home Friday to Monday so I was eating bad choices and too much, no counting calories, I gained 6 pounds most of it water, this week I have been trying hard to go back on track, exercise is pretty good but my problem is my food now , my weight in today is 108.4 I am sure this pound is not water so I will have to work all week to lose it again. 😐

@keilin-4 - Be kind to yourself! You are fine, you are just human :) When I get 'off track' I wont weight, but I will log . That has helped me.

I know, thank you, yesterday was not to bad, I am not going to blame my husband. I am the one who buy the groceries and I know there are kinds of food I should not have at home if I don't want to lose the control. Now I am not doing nothing crazy, I am just eating like usually again.
