Day 1 of new competition begins with those competitive Cali folks...we have 11 rules to follow, 1.5 months to go, all the weight to lose, and great working out habits to follow and diet plan to stick to--low carb and low cal.
1. Hit the gym 5 days a week- mon, tues, wed, thurs, and day of our choice. 2. Calorie counting- 1300 calories per day 3. 20 grams of carbs daily 4. At least 64 oz of water daily 5. prepare daily meals beforehand 6. No cheating-no cookies or sweets or cheats!! 7. Do not enable each other! 8. NO ALCOHOL 9. Take vitamin daily- calcium, probiotics, vit D, B12, flax seed, fiber supplements, vit C 10. we have to check in with each other daily 11. no nuts or atkins bars
Dates: May 3 to June 14: Exceptions: May 20, 21, 22, 23 + 1 other day in late may/early June.
May 3rd stats: Exercise: 30 mins on treadmill at incline of 10, 3.5 mph, burned 300 calories! Water: 2L + Vitamins: all! yes! (started probiotics today) No nuts, atkins bars, alcohol, sweet or junk Calories and carbs totally under control
Breakfast: coffee with cream and 3 splenda (60 calories, 3 carbs for sugar) Lunch: salad with ranch (250 calories, 2 carbs) Dinner: Veggie mock duck stir fry (120 cal for oil, 120 calories for soy/ 4 carbs); veggies including spinach, mushrooms, pepper, celery sticks
Total: 550 calories; 9 carbs (AWESOME DUDE!!!!)
