On vacation for some days. Foodwise i am holding up fine, training is going great too. Even added daily swimming to the program, extra to the daily run. Issue is, no scale! Dont want to trust different random scales in pharmacies. So i am missing out on my weekly motivator, seeing the number going down 🤔
