I started my weight loss journey at 169 —and this morning I’m down 163.5...it’s been a little over a month since I started with NOOM then switched to FatSecret, so not too bad—6 lbs! For several weeks my weight has stayed the same, gain a pound , lose a pound. Every morning I walk a mile. I figure if I stay on course and not get discouraged and enjoy how my clothes are starting to feel looser, don’t pay too much attention to the scale but more on how I feel & look, the weight will just come off. Constant self talk helps. I remind myself that I have made some healthy lifestyle changes and Rome isn’t built in a day, I’ll get there! 🌹
