732 calories. The fruits in the red bowl are calories free, I did count they at dinner last night but I was really full so I saved them for my lunch today. It's ok to do that???

The mindful eating thing is working good, lately I find hard to eat all my food 😀

I do that sometimes. Have a 'free' lunch from left over from the previous night's meal that was counted in full then. Sure. It all evens out in the end.
