I've been back for vacation for about a week, slowly getting back into a groove. Succeeded in not gaining over vacation of the week following. Next goal is to start losing. No number yet, just get the downward numbers in motion. One workout planned with Friends for Wednesday night. 5 mile walk with 20 minute small circuit and some time playing at the park this morning. Big goal tomorrow is hitting my 1500 calorie goal.

I started with little steps and now it is time to start taking them again.
