Good morning my fatsecret family,
An observation as I meander through the many journal contributions on this beautiful Friday. It never ceases to amaze me how much ebb and flo we endure on this path to betterment. Even the most ardent participants..the folks who are the most active on this site encounter daily challenges and both victories and defeat as they walk their daily path. So, as I start my day I suggest to everyone who has a setback, don't quit and don't be discouraged...because even small successes add up and over time you will see your goals become reality. Two steps forward and one step backwards added up over time is still success! Let's do this...
