I snacked last night. First time in a while so I guess that's not terrible. Same old pattern though. I stayed up late by myself to do some things and then snacked. I have been avoiding that recently. I'm also still high on fat but I'll rework the quiche recipe and also cut the quiche into 10 instead of 8.
