I felt like I did OK today :)
I did my 50 crunches today. Sunday is an "off day" for my exercise routine, so I went ahead and took an off day. BUT - tomorrow is when the hard part starts.. yay!
Breakfast: None (ooops!!!)
Lunch: Smart ones & unsweet Tea 5 pts
Snack: Chocolate Pudding & unsweet tea 2 pts
Dinner: Oven Fried Chicken, Green Beans, Rice, 2 cresent rolls, water 11.4 pts
Snack: 100 cal pack, Fat Free caramel ice cream 4 pts
TOTAL: 22.4 points -- I'm under my allowance!! (24 pts)
P.S. The oven fried chicken is a WW recipe, it's WONDERFUL!!!
Tomorrow I workout for the first time (on base) and I start my vitamins, etc. I guess it's my first "official" day.. It's gonna be tough!!
I've gotta get to bed early tonight... last night was another late night...
