It has been good to use FS for protein monitoring lately. It now feels easy to reach 50+ grams per meal, with a minimum of 160 grams per day. This takes care of my lean self.

With Poultry and Pork, a good portion of Sardines is required for Omega balance, and I feel that is under control too.

Went into plant studies again, and managed to create a short list of allowed fruits and nuts. No berries or vegetables allowed yet, based on their anti-nutrients, and pesticides in both natural and man-made form.

Find it easy with various meats and eggs as my stable diet. Like how this make my body and mind feel and perform.

Seat and handlebar on the bicycle still problematic. Have studied bicycles for a bit, and managed to create a short list for that too yesterday. Hopeful to get a comfortable bike soon to make my 62 miles goal come sooner.

Grey wet weather again today. Good time to build strategy.
