Pretty sure my calorie (and protein) count is wrong, and too low today. Went to a 'smashburger' and got the grilled chicken on lettuce with pepperjack and red onions, and the amount of protein provided in info by the restaurant and on FS seems dubiously low, although I didn't have a pocket scale along to weigh the chicken I was given.

Going to bed early tonight, going to have my first 13 hour day in several years tomorrow - starting a rehab unit clinical rotation and have to get used to working nursing floor hours again. My prior recent clinicals have all been things like hospice, where an 8 hour day is more a norm. So up at 5:30, at the hospital no later than 6:30 to get report, then a 12 hr shift, give report, and head back home. Should bump my calories burned quite a bit tomorrow, so I'm taking along beef summer sausage to gnaw on during the day...
