well, i was having some awful problems with my gastro system this week. So I was looking up my condition and I really need to add bananas, potatos, or some such thing back into my diet. no adding the potatos in ups the carbs but not really too bad. Half a banana also, but eating both on the same day can be too many carbs. But potatos don't have many calories. So now my calories are lower again. Been keeping up with the walking. More adjustments, but have to keep everything balanced. Other than my abdomen I feel pretty well.
