Well, my first week is down.. and I've lost 4lbs!!! My goal was 2 - so I'm pleased :)

I really need to start exercising next week, then maybe I'll lose some real weight. I'm afraid those 4lbs isn't really fat.. it's just water or something.

I hope everyone else has had a sucessful week as well! :)

Take any loss you get - fat or water, if it's gone - it's gone off of you! Good job this week!

Every bit counts. Doesn't matter if it is fat or water - weight off is weight off. Well done.
