Woke up feeling terrible, pretty sure its just a.cold, but my equilibrium is off. So I had to make some quick changes to my meal plan since I was lucky I managed to get the turkey in the oven. Didn't even think about the carbs in the squash, the stuffing was planned for. Trying to decide if I can still have my planned pumpkin pie.
