Wow. MASSIVE weight gain today.
I am UP 1.7 kgs. Damn. Well, that ruins my stats for this week. I'm "only" 4 kgs down since Saturday. :)
It's perfectly alright. I'll survive.
I know I did good yesterday. I know I did what I was supposed to do. I stayed within RDI, but I did have a double portion dinner (it was so good! Salmon and spanish rice!).
All my joints are ACHING today. The workout video, though relatively low impact, kicked my butt. I'm proud that I did it, but there is NO way I can do it again today. I'm in bad pain. lol. It's a good pain, the pain of accomplishment.
I might run through it tomorrow, we'll have to see. We have a tight schedule tomorrow, out the door at 8 am. It's my birthday tomorrow, and Wife and I (and possibly Daughter) are going to Copenhagen for a nice and fun day. Do a little shopping, look at some music stores, have full exposure to Indulgence Day, and maybe a movie or concert, depending where we end up.
Today, we're having guests over. Wife will be making meatless minestrone for dinner, and I'm all giddy over that. She's the best cook in the world.
We're gonna go out for bruch,and enjoy the day out today, if the weather permits it. So far, it looks cold and rainy, but I think it's gonne clear up. We'll see.
Today I'm thankful for: - Staying 100% on track all week! I will too today, even though it's gonna be a challenge to fit in both brunch and dinner. I can do it though, I just have to work it in right. - Another day off from work with Wife. It's nice! - Weekend!
