Had an early breakfast with my son at Waffle House. Two scrambled eggs, 4 slices of crispy bacon, coffee. Lunch before work, BIG green salad with grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes and half an avocado. A few walnuts, cashews, and pumpkin seeds. Sprinkle of flax and chia seeds and creamy avocado dressing...This will indeed be all I eat today.
