Not enough food this morning and too much caffiene to make up for it. Plus I had half and half in some of it, a vegan indiscretion. But today there was this cool hazelnut agave nectar on sale and I bought it to try in my work coffee. (I don't drink enough coffee at work to leave soymilk there, but when I do, I can't stand it black.) So we'll try that. I'm enjoying my new work schedule of working five shorter days instead of four longer ones. It gives me more of a break before exercise time instead of rushing into exercise exhausted.
