It seems a little strange and drastic that I've lost 3.5 lbs in 3 days, but perhaps it could be an error. However, this could maaaaybe be possible since Saturday was my first ever time doing hours of working out in one day, and I've come back to the Y to do cardio for 45 mins yesterday and today. My mother says maybe I respond quickly to exercise like my dad hm... I'm happy either way though.
