I don't know if it's just the craziness of life right now or what, but I have lost 2 pounds in just 3 days (I had not recorded the higher weight here, just on my daily sheet for myself). I've done a little IF, when possible, and noticed my appetite wasn't as big when I did finally eat. Plus, I haven't been snacking as much the last few nights, mainly because I was too busy (last night I was in class) and then just wanted to go to bed. Not sure that it's anything I'm doing, but hope it keeps this downward trend!
