I gave myself a little room to play and ran with it. Yesterday I ate well until I saw the light on at Krispy Kreme Donuts on my way home from dining out. As a result I ate "Poorly" at 116% of goal. I did met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF up .1% but still in my desired range...
