Woke at 242.0, up 1.6 from yesterday. Three sold meals yesterday including a late dinner at our local Japanese restaurant. I ate all the things I usually avoid. Diet break ends on Sunday, and then we will find out if it’s enough to break the weight loss plateau. UPDATE: Had a short happy hour with my team after a day of back-to-back meetings. Got home at 239.8. Working from home tomorrow, so I'll moderate eating a bit for the lower calorie burn.

So Bill, has the change in diet affected your digestive tract? Every time I make a big, sudden change in eating patterns, my gut (and other gizzards) get very grumpy.

It almost reads as if the party is over but I've seen your meals even when you're following a strict regimen - they are still good. I think about the only thing that really changes will be the quantity and the carb decrease?
