Once again, moving to a new city (now 7 months ago) has added on the pounds. Not exactly sure where they all have gone as basically all of my clothes still fit the same, and my last weigh in weight was from over a year ago, but I know that I have gained at least 7 or 8 pounds. Anyway - going out all of the time and not working out has definitely taken its toll, so with half-marathon approaching at the end of January, it is time to get back on track. No ifs, ands or BUTTS about it.
