Got angry with my weak thoughts at weight-in this morning. I can not let water beat me to stagnation.
Just finished a fast bicycle ride, Tai Chi, and dumbbells. Scored full house on dumbbell lifts for the first time. Yay 😃. Not the cleanest lifts, but they all got done.
Feeling fantastic right now. Water weight issues evaporated as the sun rise here in the east.
