Woke at 236.2, up 2.6 from yesterday after eating a huge dinner and some ice cream last night. Fasting today. UPDATE: Came in the door after work at 235.0. Heard on Dr. Mercola yesterday that Vitamin B-12 prevents autophagy, so I'm moving that to the morning of feasting days.
