Been smoking too much and my body is feeling bloated from all the munchies I have eaten the past four days. My goal is to commit to a 1200 calorie diet. I am going to log my intake everyday and do T25. Decided this as of right now. Lol I’m about to put in my first T25 video right now. Wish me luck🌻
