Expected gain. I kindly 'helped' with finishing a cake yesterday. 😜 Didn't care, as it was my last day of dieting holiday.
Today it's back to the routine of roughly 1.5lbs fairly lean protein food split into four meals. Meals eaten at roughly the same time every day. Hunger fixed partly with sardines daily. In addition, water, coffee or a bike ride for weak moments.
Did another attempt at meditation yesterday, this time aided by this Back to Basic Meditation video

Otherwise, I am thrilled about how the body improve with Yi Jin Jing. It's become my new favourite after coffee in the morning. Feeling younger is addictive!
