Break hard, and fall over the handlebars onto a sharp rough gravel road this morning. Many cuts, that are now 6% Hydrogen Peroxide treated. Next is soap brushing, and I'll try with a new soft toothbrush for that. This stuff will probably affect the weight loss plan. Still hope to get to goal within this month. Anyhow, today will be 'lazy' without much focus on dieting.

Thank you. Went to the hospital, but the cue was long, so I went home and patched myself up instead. Saw my forehead bone got cut too. The unease in the body made me crave yoghurt. Probably for easy digestion.

Ooooh, that had to hurt! You may still want to get that forehead cut looked at - I had a fall and the Dr glued a nasty cut near my eye, it healed better than I expected.
