Not much of a loss but better than a gain. I added 30 min a day on treadmill and doing crunches and a few other exercises . I loss half inch from my hips. I'm not sure if that had anything to do with exercises but hopefully i will start seeing more progress. I'm going to work up to an hour on treadmill too. Hope everyone has a great weekend! unfortunately I work this weekend but I'm off today so I'm going to relax and enjoy.
