You know those days when you start out with great intentions and then as the day goes on it slowly goes down hill eating wise? Yep that was me today. Oh well, for the most part the day was okay, I will work on reigning it in tomorrow. A new day a new try.

I did the same thing it really upsets me cause as soon as I lose a pound I eat a huge meal and bam its back
