I put in another 35 minutes on the Tread Climber last night, and was down 1/2 lb this morning. Not bad. But this morning I had to get some blood drawn for my annual physical, and they had to stick me 3 times to get enough blood! URGH!!! So I ended up at IHOP for breakfast. (At least it was a short stack!) That's okay, I'll just have some homemade chicken strips for lunch & homemade tacos (Taco Tuesday!) for dinner with an extra serving of fruit - oh, and more Tread Climber before bed! And then tomorrow I'll just have a more normal breakfast.
