I did really well on Tuesday. I had my green smoothie and took cut up watermelon and a lunch of banana/sweet potato/blueberries with me to my clients house. They usually have bowls of chocolate and other baked goods sitting around and sometimes when I go there I end up eating those things. The watermelon was perfect as it allowed me to indulge in something sweet when I felt tempted. For dinner I threw some spinach and mushrooms in a pan with a little water to saute and some corn on the cob into the air fryer. I had some brown rice with the spinach and mushrooms since it wasn't a lot of food and had some roasted veggies, too. I took the remaining watermelon chunks to my evening clients house but found that I didn't really need it. I had a successful day and part of that reason was because I was so busy and my husband was away working, too. Today may bring some new challenges but I am ready (I think).
