I wish I could harness today’s efforts! Woke up, had a light breakfast and after a week of stress and the physical pain that comes with aging, I spent the day relaxing. I marvel at people who walk 4,5 or more miles a day. If I walk 2 miles in one session, I cannot walk for days. So today, I decided to walk 2 miles but in three sets. Less overall stress on my legs, knees and feet. I ate a wonderful dinner and I’m going to bed. I ate under 1700 calories today and I’m hoping to be under 290lbs. Fingers crossed 🤞
