I was at a 41 pound wieght lose. And then I hurt myself. :( I fell down some stairs hitting my tailbone very hard. And now I am restricted to excersize. My total weight lose now is 39 pounds. I just feel like I am failing! I want to get out there and excersize. I want to be able to sweat like a pig and drop more weight, but I can't. I'm going to need to starve myself in order to lose weight on a weekly basis. I don't know what to do!!!!

Take a deep breath. You will heal and then you will get back to exercising. Just stick with your plan and your meetings. We know haow to do this we just have to learn the patience to let it work. You're already proving that by how great you've done up until now.

If you qualify for physical therapy due to your injury, that might help.Otherwise, it would be an idea to ask your doctor what exercises you can do at home in your condition. He will either inform you or provide you with contact details of someone who can I am sure.
