GF is not big on compliments. In the beginning I gave her a compliment, and she told me off. Shut up, don't talk sweet, the ants will come. Had to laugh. Yesterday she gave me a compliment, sort of. She looked at me closely, and said my original hair color is coming back. Ok then. Photos should tell over time I guess. Maybe I just needed to eat more of the essential foods.
Anyway, 3.5 hours into my weight lifting work day. At 3 hours my power went down. Could only do 3 bench presses. Filled up with four sausages, and could do 8 shortly after. Now the sausages should mostly be digested, so I hope for a higher number in a bit. Have to do some work on other muscle parts first. Rotation.

This is the second time in as many days that I've read that someone following a ketogenic regimen reports that their original hair color is returning! Fascinating. This is not one of the "benefits of keto" that I've come across otherwise.

Miraculum It is a known fact in Chinese culture. I do not have the insight of a Chinese, but one said it's about getting nutrition. So many good things happen. Six months into Keto I could throw away my prescription glasses. I saw crystal clear without them. It's like you know it's right by the results.

Yes, I am taking supplements. B12, Turmeric, Potassium, magnesium, and D3.I just added biotin to hopefully help with hair loss. Most I take because the other meds I take deplete these in my body.

My other advice would be not to stress the body too much by eating too little. I don't know what you are doing or if that apply to you. But on the good side I think everyone says that hairgrowth will resume.

Where are you lifting? A gym or your garage? 3.5 hours ......you must be retired!!

srossca Use the living room as 'gym'. My health turned really bad by sitting all day for 25 years with high stress computer work. Didn't have much free time to spend my income. Decided to say no to working for others, and now work fulltime for my body instead. Glad I made this change. At a point of satisfaction with my current work, I may start up work for others again.
