I have been off my diet for about 3 months. I work night shift and it has been a struggle since. However, I am dying to get on days again. I am on the waiting list and hopefully it will happen in the next couple of months! So, I can get my body back on track! I need to stick with this. I have been on my diet for about 3 days now and I am already feeling better! I still feel hungry, but I am not having the GI upset I normally have! So, It's going pretty good. Well, I work the next couple of days so, I will see you when I see you!
