Day one of doing Take off 2 is almost over. Man is it ever hard to cut out starches, dairy, and fruit like that. I made it through Costco without tasting any samples. Overall I think I faired pretty well for today. Day 2 is tomorrow, then I can go back to my regular plan. Hopefully will see a good result on the scale.
