oh no. this week is a wrote off. today would have been my sisters birthday. I'm heart broken. had an awful weekend. recently ended a relationship I had high Hope's for but seen sense. I cant say its Christmas and go mad. I want to try but I'm real. this is hard I've had an awful year but I have my health and I will find my will power and turn this around. hope your all ok

look after yourself. also try to remember that your sister would want you to have a good Christmas. my dad died in October and we are having the Christmas we always had with him. there will just be an empty chair at the table this year. Good Luck and merry Christmas.
