Deep joy, Not

I did order dome Kettlebells on Thursday( as I would try some heavier ones & as the class is getting busier by the week, James has not got enough). Even if I go off them in the future....they will make wonderful doorstops. LOL

Found a company that delivered next day for only £4.99. Bargain!
The poor delivery was certainly not taking them back when he staggered up the drive with a box that weight 40kg.

Checked my bank account on friday & was surprised they hadn't taken the payment. Yesterday afternoon, we took a trip into town & I tought it might be a good idea to get some cash for the week. The screen flashed at me: Overdrawn by £304, NO FUNDS AVAILABLE.

Great!!!!

When I managed to get a statement, it revealed that they charged me £720 instead of £72.

I called them up ASAP. Opps, yes they could see the mistake, but as they are working from home on the weekends, I will have to wait til monday for them to rectify it.
I told them they will have to refund me a bit more as I will have to pay £25 in bank charges as I went overdrawn :(. I only have a very small overdraft limit, as I NEVER go overdrawn!!!

Apart from that, we had a pretty good weekend. Didn't get my hedges done, as it rained hard all day saturday. Sunday we went clay pigeon shooting( well I only pressed the buttons for the traps) & in the afternoon I pottered around in the garden & chatted to my Dot for over an hour.

Eating was pretty good & controlled over the weekend. But I still have to scrutinize on how much I really eat. I am sure I can cut down. I will beat this steady weight!!! At least I know I am good at maintenance :)

That's rather maddening about the overcharge. I hope they are a reputable company and don't give you any further issues. I've never payed for something online with debit - I always use a credit card. In answer to your question about my squat lifts, I've never used a Smith Machine for squats - I use a squat cage (preferred) or a squat rack (when the two cages are in use and I don't want to wait) - so I guess that's what you call free weights.
