The scale shows a gain this morning, but I'm not worried. It happens every week. I'm looking forward to the downward movement, though, of course!
I am busy this month preparing to move. We are moving from my house (and Chuck's rented room) to a one-bedroom apartment, so downsizing on my part is necessary. There are some things that must be gotten rid of (compost bin, rain barrel, lawn mower), and others that... well, moving is a great time to purge oneself of unneeded material things, I find. And its like a psychological purging as well. I am preparing for a new era of my life. I have never been so happy, and neither has Chuck. Here we are at a baseball game on Thursday.
