Well I made it through the first day of Phase I yesterday! I have to say though that I wasn't hungry for all the food that was on the SB meal plan. I didn't eat dinner until 8:30 pm because I wasn't even hungry. Ended up with a migraine that day, so my exercise was extremely low - house cleaning only. However, scrubbing floors is always a big chore. Will have to make up for the excercising tonight.

Yeah!!! You made it through day 1 - now on day 2! No worries on the exercise - you will catch up on Tues and Thurs during class! You will have to check the exercise journal on FS - even housework counts for exercise! Have a great day 3!!!!
