As nice as it is to have the food items laid out in a meal plan, it sure is a lot of work to prepare everything. I was late getting to work this morning due to getting my lunch and snacks ready. I guess I need to be a little more prepared each night to keep this up. There never seems to be enough time after work and until I go to bed to do EVERYTHING that needs to get done. I guess that's life.

Believe me...it's like learning to drive a car, at first it seems it's a lot, looking at the speedometer and the road, trying to shift and stay in your lane while turning a corner..lol it gets easier as you go along. It really does. Best wishes!

You"ll get there. I've heard it takes 2-3 weeks to create a habit, so keep at it and it will get easier :)

I love those sugar snap peas in the convenient bags from the produce section - great to take along in the car or at work to snack on. I also try to keep some V-8 and mozzarella sticks at work - so I don't have an excuse. After the first two weeks -- you will be able to introduce more choices into your meals -- making it easier to pick up some quality "to go" foods -- like a yogurt parfait at Caribou or Starbucks! Hang in there my friend - Napa trip will be here before we know it! ImLuuvd knows SB inside and out -- so she always has great tips!

It does take a lot of time to prepare your meals when you're starting a new way of eating, but it's WORTH it! It definitely will get easier as time goes on. Hang in there!
