this weight is at home in my skivvies - have a dr appointment in a few hours, lets see how much i weigh then. last time i weighed in november at doc's i was 320... hopefully my scale isnt a complete liar and ww actually is working. (but a cold upstate ny day warrants several layers to catch the bus LoL so yeah, dr scale probably will still read 320)

cool! I lost my 50 pounds from going to WW .. you will love it.. helps with portion control and helps you choose foods that are worth eating to become sucessful at losing.. Motivation from others is most helpful when you go to the meetings, wish you the best..
