Well, I've taken a break from Fatsecret. I did try to maintain my goals of a lean breakfast and lunch, but control dinner and snacks. So far so good. I've been sick for a few weeks, but my oncologist is happy that I only had a reaction to a mushroom supplement and my 'counts' are good. So no more unauthorized supplements and no more iron tables. A bad combination. Don't ask, believe me, you don't want to know.
